SHIPPING & HANDLING

Mirror Mirror Online Boutique offers an extremely competitive flat rate of $10 for Shipping Australia Wide. This flat rate applies to as many items as you wish to purchase Online in one transaction. Items are sent EXPRESS by Australia Post & tracking number/s are recorded in order for you to track your parcel if you wish. We chose to ship via Australia Post as we believe this is the most reliable & quickest delivery available as Express Post provides “Guaranteed Next day Delivery”* from the date your parcel is sent. Orders will be dispatched & delivered to you Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. All Online orders delivered to addresses in Metropolitan Areas should be received within 2-3 business days & Regional/Interstate addresses should be received within 2-5 business days from date of purchase. Please note that if you wish to send your items purchased by REGISTERED post, this will be at your expense & please email us before making your online purchase so we can provide you with a cost to do so. If you decide not to send by REGISTERED Post your order will be sent liable to you & we although extremely reliable, do not take responsibility for orders that are sent by EXPRESS Post.

EXCHANGE/RETUNS POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and before packing & dispatching your items we carefully inspect & pack your item/s ensuring they are delivered to you in perfect condition. if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with your application for an Online Exchange or Online Credit Note.

Mirror Mirror Online Boutique always wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase however If you wish to return you item/s purchased, your intention to return must be emailed to contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au strictly within 24 hours of receiving your item/s. In this email you must provide us with the following information

a.    Scanned or Attached Documents/Receipt proving Online Purchase.
b.    Reason for return (wrong size, etc.)
c.    Action desired (exchange, credit note)

A Returns Authorization (RA) Number will then be issued by Head Office & NO returns can be accepted without this RA number. An Exchange/Credit will only be offered if your purchase is returned to our Head office address within 7 days of Original Purchase date & sent at your cost & responsibility. We do not take responsibility on lost packages. Mirror Mirror Online Boutique does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Mirrror Mirror Head office via non Registered post.  If returned item/s arrive late it will NOT be accepted.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. Upon a faulty item claim return it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Mirror Mirror Boutique are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. If deemed NOT to be faulty, it will not qualify for a replace, repair or exchange and will be returned to you with re-delivery charges added.
Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached & free of any odors. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer with a postage fee charge. Items, which indicate Perfume or Deodorant, Makeup or Fake Tan, will automatically be denied a Credit/Exchange. Please take due care when trying on your order. Mirror Mirror Online Boutique reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.

Please note that we do NOT exchange SALE items, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, or EARRINGS/JEWELLERY unless the goods are deemed to be faulty by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note Online Credit Notes are Strictly Valid for 3 Calendar Months – No possible extensions. Online Credit Notes can only be Issued and Redeemed Via Mirror Mirror Boutique ONLINE store, NOT our Mirror Mirror Boutique Frankston or Mentone physical stores. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the item is recognized as faulty. Freight charges are non-refundable.

WE SUGGEST TO SEND ALL ONLINE RETURNS VIA REGISTERED POST & ITEMS MUST RECEIVED BY US WITHIN THE 7 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE with all the accompanying requirements stated above. NO return/exchange will be accepted through the Mirror Mirror Boutique physical stores. Any Online enquires are also to be emailed to online@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au and not through the Mirror Mirror Boutique physical stores. Mirror Mirror Boutique Online store and Mirror Mirror Boutique Frankston & Mentone physical stores are two separate entities.

As you are able to purchase from Mirror Mirror Online Boutique out of business hours, we are sometimes unable to update our available stock on our Online Store. If by chance the product you purchased is not longer available, a full refund will be offered within 24 hours. You will be notified via the email you provide on your purchasing details. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.

 

PRE ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our PRE ORDER additional Online service enables you to secure items before they arrive & before they are posted for purchase on our Online Store. By Pre – Ordering you will have secured our choices of what we think will be extremely popular styles & ensure you dont miss out! This service is for your benefit & because we don’t sell your Pre-Ordered item/s to other potential customers, there are very strict Terms & Conditions so PLEASE PURCHASE CAREFULLY.

Pre-Orders require FULL payment & is Non Refundable. If the Item that you Pre-Order is the wrong size we will Exchange the item for the exact item in a different size only. We do not Exchange Pre-Order items for different items available on our Online Store & we do not offer a Credit Note on Pre- Ordered items if you change your mind. If a different size is not available we will only then offer a Credit Note or Exchange. This will only be offered if the Full EXCHANGE/RETURNS Policy as stated above is followed. Please read carefully.
